Enviroment
You can keep a pair of dwarf hamsters in a syrian cage, but if your cage is a 3 level, you should you should remove one level, since dwarfs tend to stay on one level more than syrians. You can have two wheels if you want to, or not.
Taming
Dwarfs are a bit harder to tame, since they are more skitish than syrian hamsters because of their small size. You need to to have a bit more patience. Play with them for 5 minutes every day, and they'll soon begin to trust you.
Diet
You should feed your dwarf hamster about 3/4 of a teaspoon. If you have two, double that quantity. You shouldn't feed treats that are high in sugar, because dwarfs are prone to diabetes. You can by treats made for dwarf hamsters, or you can get dog biscuits. Just make sure you cut it into tinier pieces.
Toys
You can use syrian toys and cardboard tubes for dwarfs. You can also use smaller loo roll tubes. Also, make sure to provide them a few chew toys.
